Useless - it took over 5 weeks, and I still do not have but because I was abroad when it was delivered to Posti 18.1.2019. I called 4 times and got know answers before it was sent. www.verkkokauppa.vom only keeps it for one week and that is too short - they have changed their policy from 2 weeks to 1 week and that is not good enough. I still need the staple so please send them back to me and I will collect them, if they arrive before 13.2.2019 when I am abroad again. Nicholas Anderson andersonicholas@gmail.com

Dear Nicholas, everything went wrong with this order, we are very sorry! Your order got berried in the middle of moving our at the end of last year. We have sent you the package again for free because Posti gives only one week time to pick up the delivery (so it is not Verkkokauppa.coms fault) and you were abroad. It seems that you have picked up the delivery today so finally you got your staples. About 99% of our deliveries is sent in 1-3 days from order so you were very unlucky!
